I replaced my donut gaskets with copper gaskets and noticed my muffler exhaust flange is very thin. What material is the exhaust flange that connects to the y pipe? I tried to to braze it with the torch but the brass ran off. This is on a 2005 Vector.

I kind of thought that too, must have been only the RX1 or early Apex that had the Titanium junk. I dont deal with them enough any more to remember.

Do a spark test. Hit the pipe with a die grinder briefly. If you get white sparks its titanium otherwise its stainless.
