No. The easiest way is to pull the hood off and then pull the air box off then you'll have very easy access to that nut. It can be done by pulling the steering boot off if you have a very small hand and know exactly where that speed has to go but you're doing it all by feel you can't really see you in there. I would recommend pulling The airbox off so you can see what you got and then you clearly see where that speed nut goes.
Ok, thanks again Yamahaguys, I'll try that.

Since we run turbos we dont have a air box in the way so I was able to reach in with my phone and snap a picture for you of where the speed nut is installed. Look right in the middle top of the white triangle frame you will see the speed nut. Maybe you can use this picture and do it from the side by removing the boot, its faster but tricky. Looks like I need to do some cleaning in these sleds and remove last seasons sticks and pickers.

Thanks, I got it installed over plate no problem, but that back bolt has been tough, I think I'm going to get dealer to take care of it since it involves taking hood or boot off, they would have all the right tools for that.

I ended up doing it myself, took the boot off, was able to get in, put a locking washer and nut , the speed nut threads were all screwed up.

I have those same bumpers but haven't drilled holes yet. Your attachment does not work? Would like to see them.

I should have taken pictures of the bumper before I installed it! Hope you can see these and hope it helps.

How much was the cat bumper...looks slick..does it have the holes for getting at the hood screws? Thxs
