Viper ECU questions

I would like to see someone reflash the ecu and remove whatever barrier they have to it self tuning like a pc5 does. Actually I would like to see the map associated with the o2 sensor we already have. Probably not ever going to happen with gov regs but I am very sure it could be done. We were doing it 12 years ago on the cannondales. No need for aftermarket fuel controllers even running alcohol and turbos.

Ya not looking to gain big HP like the cat turbos, just refined fuel mapping and timing, and get rid of some of these glitches the viper seems to have from the factory

I am patiently waiting for that also. The no start is common enough that it should not be that difficult to duplicate and figure out. The low idle one seems to be less common. Either way is there anyone that hasn't had one or both issues at least once?

I have hot and cold start issue every time no matter what..it always starts but sputters a bit before it takes off..I have it now still with the turbo on. Low idle just 1 time. Never had any codes. Does anyone know off had that when u start the sled cold and the red light is flashing, when u give it gas does it run normal or does it sit there and sputter like the cat turbo does? I never tried it this past winter as I always felt better about letting it idle til the light went off. Only reason I ask is that if it does have the sputter when the light is on then that may be an additional add on that some performance guys can do with a flash. On the 1100 turbo cat, part of some of the ecu flashes are the stutter button which u can hold in and have the throttle wide open on a launch and it'll hold the sled at a certain rpm without the clutch engaging, that way you're wide open and all u need to do is release a button and hang on, and the sled is building a few pounds of boost so there is no turbo lag. That's just something for the drag racers obviously but if that's the case then they can do the same thing with the viper

Hoping something's available for us before this years snow!
