I have a 2015 Viper MTX base with 153" track and MPI 180 turbo, my question is how do I get more lift from my front end. I want it to pick the ski's up a little more than it does now. Should I tighten or loosen my center shock? Also will letting the limiter strap out one hole help? Thanks for the help.

I like the feel of the steering I just want it to pick the skis up a little more. Right now they come up about 8" when I hammer it and I want to be able to get them higher for crossing creeks/dodging trees, ect.

Is there more holes in your strap to lengthen it ?

stiffen center shock and lighten the rear shock. you would think that turbo would stand on end on command.

My turbo XTXLE was like that also. What you need to do is move the skid, these sleds have different predrilled holes on the tunnel for the skid to mount to. At the front by the foot wells move the skid back and down to the next hole and at the back of the skid there are 3 holes move it to the middle one. Takes weight of the front of your sled and makes a huge difference. i can stand my sled straight up any time i want to now.I have same issue skis will not lift anymore than 8 " my limiter strap has 3 holes on one side of stra and 2 on the other have lessened both

i run mine tighter than that. If your track is to loose the clips will rub on your skid as shown in another thread .Tried the skid settings recommended in this post but having a hard time getting the track tension back to 2 inch sag did you have this trouble when you moved skid will the track loosen up on its own?

Had a hard time getting my 153 lighter in the skis so i cut some belting 17.5 inches long. Its 2 inches longer than the stock limiters. Now weight transfers to the rear and u can actually weight steer it now. I think 17 inch straps would be ideal. U do have to tighten the track quite snug so it dosent ratchet in the powder
