Vipers all spoken for

I was just up to see my dealer. They told me that all the 2014 Vipers are spoken for by dealers. Not to say you cant still get one, he said they were able to put their name on 17 sleds and can't get anymore. Five at this dealer are snowchecked leaving twelve for the rest of the season but once those are sold thats it. I tend to believe him since he already has my money Also said TRF can only produce 120 a day and are giving yamaha less than a month on the assembly line.

Man ...I better get up to my dealer and get my money down....but if they don't have anymore then to bad for Yamaha I guess I will get a Indy 800 sp

I doubt you need to run out and get one...Yamacat21's dealer still has 66% of his left, I don't think they'll turn your money away.

You make a good point RobWarrior, and once the snow melts and fishing season comes around I think some of the hype is going to wear off.

The incentives will be just as good in the fall IMO. Even better after January 1st. Tell you dealer you want one of there floor models.

the only advantage you have right now is you can order your model in whatever color you want. once the dealers get the ones they ordered that is what you are stuck with.

Great choices! Those one thing that made me decide between the two, is the appearance of the Viper with the Yamaha colors/graphics. The REV XP looks way better than the first generation, but I still can't get used to the shape!

It's funny because I have be sitting on the cats for two years now and said man if Yamaha made this I would get it in a min. !!!!!!!! Now they do and here I am trying to fig out what to get....like them both....only if the wife would ride one problem solved .....or if she let me get both....

I still don't believe it. Brilliant one time sales tactic. Thing is, the dealer will have a lot of explaining to do come next winter when they still have Vipers sitting on the floor in March going for $1,000's less than the current MSRP.

I had two dealers tell me the same exact thing. One could only order 10 and claimed the Yamaha rep was trying to pull some. The other dealer wouldn't tell me how many he ordered but said other dealers were calling him trying to get some. Both dealers had them available but expected them to be sold next week after the Shows in GR and Novi MI. Both said that they could not order any more. Neither expect to have any for their showroom and expect to snow check everyone they get. I'm stuck; Get the Viper LTXse or the proven Renegade 1200 X for $1,400 less

You can get them for $1000.00 off MSRP now. They are selling out VERY fast. The local Arctic Cat dealer got 9 pre-orders for the ZR 7000 in the past 10 days.

Me too ....viper or doo 1200x.....hate this time of year....
