Wanted Nos Kit for Rx1

I have been thinking about where a good place to mount the bottle would be. My thoughts on this...not in the trunk. Lots of wasted nitrous in the longer lines!!

In my car with a 150hp shot, the line was 8' long. When I turned off the valve on the bottle, I could still get some good fun out of the remaining nitrous in the line!! To get a good shot out of what was left in the line, there must be a significant amount in there.

So with only a 2.5lb bottle, I'd stick to the shortest route possible.

Another thing to remember, with the cold in the winter, that nitrous in the line would turn to liquid sooner, I am pretty sure.

My kit left the US last thurs so no idea when it will be here. I oredered the same kit. 4 nozzles into filter. The tank will be mounted where the toolbox and other crap used to be. As for the box I'm not sure yet. I also here that set up can be a bit challengeing but we will see. I like to mess around with set ups and see what works and what doesnt. From what I hear my best friends will become my radar gun and a scrap book.

It cant be that difficult as I know some real mentally challengd individuals that are running different NOS kits and are still getting them to work. It's just going to take some time but I'm all about shareing information cause without this site most of the time I would be very lost. Some great people on this site. :rocks: :nos :jump:

thats great, i will let you know where mine is set, suppose to be dialed in but he used it in elevation.rx1m5 seems to have some very god noledge with it so maybe he will help us out also, doesnt appear to be hard to figure

That looks great. I am going to be running four nozzles and drilling into the top of the filters so I need to fab something for that. hey Junkie how did the Boss work on your 4 wheeler?

I used the air shifter with mine on a 2 stroke, should have heard that when it shifted. Sounded like a shotgun every shift. Never hurt anything, just loud from the ignition kill, and then refiring.

I have a cb performance kit for my 03 RX1.That I would like to sell.400.00 everything is there but the bottle. All wiring brackets, purge solenoid, remote bottle pressure, jets and both solenoids. If anybody is interested please email to promotorservice@yahoo.com.THANKS
