I have a 2013 Yamaha Vector LTX with one year warranty. They want $1100 for an extra 2 years. So I am wondering if I should get it or hopefully not and not need it. Thanks

That a lot of $ for 2 years I would check around to find a better deal in the us 4 years extended is only like 500-600.

Different countries. Different pricing. Canuks screwed as usual.

Don't wast the money on extended warranty at that price.

Not likely you will ever need warranty. Vector's are pretty much bulletproof.

I agree, especially at the price they want to charge the O.P. :drink:

Ya. I think I will pass on the warranty. I just hope I do not have any problem with the power steering. I am not worried about the engine because the 2006 Vector I just sold has 28000klms and still runs like new.

Not saying problems don't exist, but from what I have been reading, the problems are few and far between.

Check with Port Yamaha if you are still interested in the Y.E.S. warranty. They have had some pretty good prices in the past.
