Hello,
I have a 07 apex mcxpress turbo with the 260 rear mount. I'm trying to properly set the sled back up to 12 psi and use a manual boost controller to increase it later.
Issue is that I have no clue what to set the waste gate at. (it was unscrewed completely so the proper setting was lost. Its a long story, new owner)

Somebody might have the measurement length for you, if not you have to set it to a base (example 8LBS. boost) And then put in your boost controller. That way if you want you can crank the boost controller to 0 and it will only make your base boost.

Base is fine, just somthing to start with. I guess I will try 5 turns on the rod and see where that lands me. Testing tomorow.

Around 15.5 millimeter of thread showing with the lock nut tightened. Sould get you close to 12 lbs.
Best way to adjust it get a vacumm pump that does pressure/vaccum. I got mine @ local napa dealer, for around 100bucks cdn. I will find part number if you like.

Thanks guys for all your help on this issue. You helped me solve it. Now all I need to figure out is the fuel starvation issue. (on another post)
