I'd say they are good. I've been all through the chain and in land o lakes and things are good. As long as the groomers keep up the trails are nice.

I am wondering if anyone has any reports of this area as of recent? Ill be staying in the Phelps are 2/4-2/9 and was wondering what's left after last couple weekends of warm temps
