I have an 07 rage and when i was riding on smooth trails that were nothing but fresh snow i didnt feel or hear a thing but when i was going through whoop t doos and some rougher trails i can feel and hear this clunk...it feels like my track is banging against heat exchanger and its just a annoying thing but my suspension is all set it dosent feel like iam bottoming out or anything its just the end of my track banging my heat exchanger it feels like...just wondering if anyone else had this problem

What you are more than likely hearing is the control rod. Every Monoshock I have ridden, including my Attak, does this. Sounds bad, but won't hurt anything. Just make sure the stop nut for the adjuster is tight and all is good!

so i can stud if i wanted to and wouldnt have to worry about it banging into my heat exchanger and thanks on the answers

Have you added a rear exchanger? If not, you''ll be OK. It bothered me at first , but now I don't even pay attention to it. I was VERY impressed with my partners Rage. Ran right with my modded Viper and got TWICE the gas mileage. But after riding with the Boss Highrise, I vowed to never return to riding with my knees above my hips. VERY good sled!!

I have an 06 rage and studded it and thw studs hit the heat exchanger. I used some old (New) hyfax on the stock protectors and it seems to have stopped the problem but i chewed up my exchanger pretty bad. b carefull when studding
