Found these two wires on the right side of the gas tank when I removed it, they weren't plugged into anything. It's a pink and black wire, both female ends. Are these for the electronic adjustable shocks? Since mine is an Apex Mtn they aren't used? Thanks.

Thanks, I didn't even think of that. I'll look at the other Apex Mtn I have and check. That one has reverse, and the one I found the wires on DOES NOT.
EDIT: These 2 wires are in fact for the reverse beeper. Mods can now close this thread.

You unpluged the reverse beeper? Don't ever forget it then. I heard of one guy that did this, unloaded (backed up) off the trailer got coat and helmet on all ready to go... hammered the gas and went backward down into a 12 foot ditch. No it wasn't me but I have left my sled in reverse a few times and shut off, when I restarted to go... well let's just say I'm glad it was beeping.

I had mp3 player on and couldn't hear the reverse
beeper ,
And in front of a group of people outside of bar/grill , I hit the gas and landed on my hood
with my feet sticking up in the air above the windshield.
needless to say,it was quite entertaining for the crowd.
for most people this would be one of the most embarrassing things that
ever happened to them,
but unfortunately, for me it doesn't make my top 10.
