I brought mine in for a oil change yesterday and they charged $150.00 I thought it was high.

I had two phazers and one Rx1 all at the same time. Antigo yamaha charged 150.00 for each phazer and 128.00 for the Rx1. I will never bring them there again and thats where I bought all three sleds.

I think that the $150 dollars is for a complete service of the sled. At least that's what I paid for the 500 mile checkup/service where they adjust the track and cables, grease the skid, etc. I think my dealerships said $50 labor plus the oil and filter which would end up to be about $85-$90 total. At $70 dollars, I'd be wondering if they actually changed the filter? FYI, I just changed my oil/filter as well as the chaincase and it really wasn't that bad. There is a great post on oil change and front frame removal. Now that I've done it once, I bet I could change it in an hour and a half. Although, I left the clips off of the end of the headlight adjusters so that you don't have to remove any of the upper plastic! ;)!

That's a smoking deal! I paid about $35 for 3 quarts of oil (takes 2.5ish) and the filter. I would pay $70 dollars all day long... wish your dealer was here!

No when they did mine they told me half hour plus the cost of oil and filter, i think the half hour labor rate was 30 -40.00 plus oil and filter, it might have been 75.00 i would have to look. i called and asked before i brought it in. if it was too much money i would have attempted it myself, but after hearing everyone say it took an hour or two, i figured screw it i will bring it in

U guys quit yer cryin'...I run a dealership in Canada and we have to charge 250.00 taxes in for a Phazer oil change! Phazers are a pain to do an oil change on and for some reason everything about doing business up here in Canada is more expensive :o|

wtf? $250? sylvester RV charged me $120 not two weeks ago, i feel sorry for the guys bringing their machines to PA. And for what it is worth that Yamalube isn't all that great....I was getting the same numbers and same cold weather performance with regular winter oil last year. $12 bucks a quart is a rip off.

I had oil change, chain case oil change, 3 plugs, lube and track adjust for $230. That was labor and tax included in PA. imo that wasn't a bad price at all. Although it was a 06 Nytro not a phazer

Just in case you didn't notice, PA in this thread is referring to Prince Albert, SK Canada. Would be an easy miss though.

do the oil & filter yourself, just take your time and write down or take pictures as you go along for the first time so you can fall back on, there are so many people on this site that can get you thru it, why spend the extra $$$

i got mine done once and once only!!!!!! 200 come on ! i had mine in for a fan kit, and they did the clutch and belt change over, the sled was in there shop for 1.5 hours total. i was charged for 1.5 so they double bill'd
