What Did You Do To Your Sled Today???

Loading mine to head out for Iditarod Party. Could be my last ride of the year.

David

Looked at it and wished I was riding tomorrow on my day off. I have offers but it's the wife's b'day and she is booked at the spa. If I ride it might be the last as the kids are home. Wait I think I will hit the local fields with the kids.

Put my Attak back together. It had broken exhaust and broken W arm.

They look so much better together.
I like your innovative stand in the first pic ;)! looks a lot safer than the jack stand that I use.
BTW, how do you like the Thumbdrive on your Apex. I have one on my VL and like it and I find the OEM throttle stiff on the TF so I may get another one or just switch it out for a test.
Parked mine yesterday to wait out the rain - weekend rain is bad news for us :o|

Loaded new fuel map from ulmer, installed faster bov design form ulmer and I installed 8" stud boy carbides on my c&a skis

I have the same machine exactly. Bought it new in spring of 07 for $8500 . Got 10k just about now..Got to do the exhaust before I sell it next fall. Loved it so much as you know I found and bought a 07 Attak GT with 821 miles on it. Garaged. Put about 250 miles on it runs like a bear. I've been switching over all the aftermarket stuff. Greasing bearings, etc. I don't think they ever changed the oil in it. Over heats easy without a rear cooler.

The Thumbdrive is nice. Lots of adjustment so you can put it in the position you like the best. I leave mine just a tad loose but tight enough thatit never goes out of adjustment while riding.
When riding with certian groups, each group has a certian speed. I can either push the Thumbdrive in abit or pull it back to get the most comfortable position for that day.

Installed a 13mm sway bar on my 03 rx1. Should have done it earlier. Huge difference. Started to build a cargo rack for my both my rx1 nd my wifes attack. 80% done.
