Installed new skidoo gas caddy, put track on trailer, now waiting for GPS to arrive!

Installed a Yamaheater on my Phazer.

went to the dealer and picked up parts.

Went for a ride today but had less then a half tank. We got "6-8" today so I went down the trail for a bit. By bit I mean probably 10 miles lol. I had to clear the trail, someone left cut trees/logs in the trail and the next town/club over still haven't put out all their signs yet.

Removed the gutted muffler and put a stock one back on.

picked up more parts for my sled and some for brothers.

Mounted Rotopax 1 gal on tunnel extension
Greased speedo and jackshaft bearings
installed new saddlebags
Greased all zerks
Installed Yamaheater - its hot baby!

Rode it in VT. Did 118 miles. My buddy rode it, and now wants to buy one. He wants to buy mine, but I said no way. Wants to buy my wifes 07, said no way. Had to tow him last 15 miles or so as he broke the drive axle on his SRX. We're both yamaha loyal.

did a short test and tune ride to make shure everything is rdy. war needs track adj and an 9iidler spacer fixed. discovered that betsy needs a fuel pump kit as it used twice the gas it should have while running and gas is disappearing when it sits. viper checked out ok.

pick up new sled tomorrow.

picked up new sled.

found track coming apart on war. found chain case bearings bad in war. found 5 cracks in w arm on war that where not there before christmas. installed handgaurds on war. installed fully clipped ripsaw 2 and new chain case bearings for drive axle.

test and tune again tomorrow.

Changed Hfax, 1 boggie wheel and ripped around house on a test run

Put on 130 miles in Old Forge, 2 more days of riding to go with hopefully a lot more great miles of trail to run down

Dec 31st - Installed new bumper, billet fuel cap, trail sticker, and windshield bag on my Venture TF.
Jan 1st - had my first ride - 53 Km.
Adjusted limiter strap to second tightest hole (from the dealer it was on the loosest setting) and put the torsion adjuster to soft. Spring adjustments will be next.
