I used to get some oil in my intercooler with the Bender 85 restrictor jet, but nothing like that. I did change to a 50 jet in the oil supply line and get almost no oil now.
But with that much oil I would check the oil return pump. Is this turbo new to you? I remember reading of 1 or 2 bad oil return pumps. The other thing to check is the relay that controls both the oil return pump and fuel pump. Its between the pressure regulator and the fuel pump about 1 inch square.

DAGE: read this post. It seems there was a black oil return pump and a white pump. Mine is white.
Since the oil return pump and fuel pump are on the same wire I don't think it could be a fuse. However you should be running out of fuel in 2 minutes. Plus the fuel pump is pretty loud.

the oil pump is a black one and both pumps were working, the kit is also used but the guy who I bought it off of said he had no problems with it before

I don't know if the oil pump could be running, but not actually pumping oil.
The hose that runs from the oil pump to the oil tank.Remove the hose from the top of the tank and put the hose in a small clear container, and confirm that it is actually pumping oil.
Make sure you have the return pump hooked up correctly. Straight fitting on return pump is the inlet, the 90 degree fitting is the outlet or hose that runs to the oil tank.
Check the two small hoses along the fuel tank next to your left knee. These are the hoses that connect the metal lines that go back to the turbo. The hose that has a clamp in the middle contains the restrictor jet. Take the jet out, and confirm that it is an 85-90 supplied from Bender. I run a 50 hex jet in mine. Its just a Mikuni main jet. I think 50 is smallest you can get in that style.

One more thought. Did you prime the oil return pump during installation?
had same problem blew seal on turbo, charge tubes had ol.

Wow, that is some nasty black oil! Doubt that is just from 2 minutes of running... That has a story to it in itself, burnt oil might be a clue.
Good way to check if the oil return pump is fuctioning correctly is to...
- Disconnect the oil feed line from the top of turbo.
- Disconnect the oil return hose at the oil tank (from the oil scavange pump) and put a small catch can or tray under it.
- Key on the power so the pumps run.
- Watch to make sure that oil is gettng sucked away when you drizzle oil in the feed port of the turbo and it is pumping oil out the return line into your catch can.
Sounds like this just started happening so I'll assume the oil restrictor is not the issue...
Either the return / scavange pump is intermittent or stopped working (check for loose wiring connections) or the center section of the turbo "bit the radish" and the seals are damaged like SMOKE you Joe alluded to.
If you previously had charge leaks or recently blew a charge line or intercooler off under boost, that overspun the turbo causing damage to the bearings that would contribute to seal failure.
I'd concentrate my efforts around the oil return pump and hunt for an intermittent electrical gremlin.

I primed the oil pump before starting and I'll double check to see if the pump is indeed pumping the oil
