Looking to up my boost for some races coming up,I see some of you guys running a 50/50 race fuel blend.What kind of race fuel are you using? VP?If so c1-11 or c-12 ?I run 10 boost on pump gas with my lowered compression,If I run c1-11 (107octane)and 94 pump fuel 50/50 what do you think I could up my boost to?I was think 13 maybe 14lb's what do you guy's think?

Also,how do you know if you need more octane per boost?will it show as to hot on my egt or do I need a boost guage my exhaust side?

I have the bender stage I kit without the Inner cooler and did not change my compression. I run 4-6lbs boost premium octane, 8-10 lbs boost with 3 gallons of 110 and 7 gallons of premium, 12 to 14lbs with 5 gallons of 110 and 5 gallons of premium.
At the elevation I am running I have had no problems. I do not run at 12- 14lbs of boost that much because I don't need that much power on the mountain, hard to control. If I did run it more I would go to 8 gallons of 110 and 2 gallons of premium or all 110 octane just to be safe.
You probbally won't need as much octane as me since you lowered your compression.
I have had no problems with my octane and I have put on about 1,200 miles with the Turbo.

Moose, Are you running vp? if so what kind theres like 30 different kinds.Leaded or unleaded?
