Best to refasten with OEM style multi grip rivets, not hardware store "pop rivets".

Is there any specific size? Guess I could just order 50 of each size.

I still have the installation instructions for the yamaha optional heat exchanger kit, and it has as part of the parts list, Rivets, Part Number 90267-47195-00, Quantity 6.
Hopefully that is still a good part number(it is), and hopefully you still have a correct size hole to accept that size rivet.

Yeah I'm wondering that as well, hopefully the holes haven't been enlarged any, if so I may have to see if I can bolt it back together...
Thanks for the part numbers.

That looks like a Yamaha heat exchanger. Then the rivet in the picture should be the one that came in the kit. I am counting four on the top and two on the bottom. There is not much extra of the rivet sticking out, so hopefully it just pulled off neatly without breaking off an ear, or enlarging the hole. Otherwise if a hole is too large,
longer rivets with washer, as a backer, could be another option.

Looks like the top rivets pulled through the skid & the bottom side 2 are still attached to the tunnel. Would it be better to bolt the top 4 & rivet the bottom 2?That looks like a Yamaha heat exchanger. Then the rivet in the picture should be the one that came in the kit. As long as the heads don't interfere with anything you should have a problem bolting it on...

Yeah the fuel tank sits pretty tight to the tunnel so a bolt may hit the tank. Might have to use rivets with washers.

Bolts are an option but remember you don't have to use the same holes, it looks to me like the middle bracket for sure you can put two or three rivets, and the end ones you have to decide if there is enough meat left to put another small hole beside it. Good rivets are plenty strong enough, looks like the tunnel failed.LOL Reduce those ice blocks.
