Dan, I was thinking the same thing, no need for an innercooler.

I think LB is right tho, keeping the heat away from the gas can. I would still think it would get hot to the point where it would melt.

According to the eBay post those are a pair of S/S custom rear mufflers under the mud flap. Goofy looking!! Im guessing for an even quieter ride??? Not to sure why..

I was thinking maybe its a preheater for cold mornings. the exhaust blowing on a rear mounted cooler would warm the engine somewhat faster...


I dont think so.. lol

I guess must be for sound but Im thinking with a helmet on.. the stock apex is pretty quiet and pleasing to the ear.. never heard anyone say anything different...
