This bolt is right behind the primary and it looks loose when sled is running it wobbles.

Yes and something is wrong there. Missing outer or pulled through? Here is mine.

How hard is that to get at on the otherside to make sure my adjustment bolt is in there

Not sure. Never had motor out. Probably just time consuming. Not hard to do.

I think you can access the other side of that engine mount if you remove the airbox.
