Whats wrong???

I was just looking over my wife's 2007 Phazer Mountain Lite and notice that there seems to be lots of play in the steering, when turning left/right you can move the bars about 2-3 inches either side before you start to turn the skis...

Does anyone know what causes this and what the fix would be?
