Just wondering how Yamaha was at getting the new model year (2009) sleds out to customers? This is my first Yamaha sled and I'm getting anxious to get it!
I'm coming over from riding Arctic Cat my entire life and sometimes they were pretty bad at getting sleds out. I didn't get my 2001 ZR 500 until the first week in December that year!

i would say your dealer should have it by the end of the month or so. our dealership has started reciveing 09 i can see a 09 nytro rtx from my office. LOL

Does it pay to call and bother a dealership about what they have coming in or are they just as unaware of shipments?

you could call the dealer they could check. the system says when its shipped but doesn't have the exact date. if it says september then it could be the first of sept. but most likely it will be the end of the month.

Don't worry, the dealer will call you, and hope you want to pick it up asap, because then they get PAID!

We are slowly getting sleds in, not nytro's yet but apexs and professional's, lol.

Dealer called me last Friday, my 09 Nytro RTX and 14 other sleds showed up at his place. I'm in Northern Vermont.

My sled came in October 15th last year! They get the sleds out pretty good.

Gave them a call a little bit ago. They are going to see what they can dig up. They haven't received any '09 Yamaha sleds yet I guess. I don't think the guy I was talking to really knew what was going on though.

at our dealership we have all of the db2 chassis models and phazers but no nytro's the new models always take longer than previous models. but we just called our powersurgers today and told them there sleds were here. so ur dealer should call you

My 04 Rev didn't arrive till the week of Christmas. I was not a happy camper.
