Hi All,

Been up to Moosehead lake in Me a couple times and last weekend in Derby VT. I have not seen a Sidewinder yet....................

Funny I saw 3 in moosehead area this weekend!

Was in the county riding Friday and Saturday, saw many. In a group of 8 or 9 sleds that were parked at an intersection of trails near Madawaska, 3 were winders. Gave me a wave as me and my buddy rode by. Saw a couple in New Sweden and another when we fueled up at the doo dealership in Presque Isle..

Also saw quite a few blown up 2 strokes.

At $14g+ for a factory turbo kick #*$&@ sled. I jumped on it. I'd say the price of admission is not for everyone.

I know what it cost to build something. Which makes the sidewinder a comparative deal.

Love the Winder! Just can't believe it!

Not many Yamaha dealers near Moosehead & the one in Jackman has pissed off ALOT of people. The County however has some real good dealers & some real fast, big 10 MISSISSIPPI trails (that's when you keep it pinned & count the mississippi's) perfect for the 'Winder. I have not seen ONE Thundercat yet this year.

When I was in The County in December I saw no Sidewinders and 1 Thundercat..I can tell you one thing, I've never gotten as many compliments as I have with my Sidewinder..This sled is a Rockstar!

Better deal would be to be a VIP member of this site!!!!! :rocks::)

I rode at least a half dozen times before I saw my first (besides mine) Sidewinder on the trail. Total for the season is still no more than 10, though. Only 1 same color as mine (Heat Red.) Hadn't thought of it until now, but have yet to see a Thundercat on the trail.

I've seen 3 thunder cats. Probably 15-20 SW's. On my trip from paradise to copper harbor and back the ratio of 850s/SW was 1.1/1 if that. These numbers are in 1750 miles of riding this year.
