Where do the two 6" rubber straps go.....

Got the Phazer all together and then found these two 6" rubber straps duhhh.... Help, I have taken the side panels off but, no luck !

I think they go under the seat up by the tank.

they are for the plastics that are on the sides of the tank but they actually go on top to mate those 2 pieces together I think one is under the front part of the seat and the other one is a little higher up.

I've never seen those before. These are not on '07's.

they go under the seat and plastics peace(the one from the head light to the tank. You use that to hold the top of the side panels that cover the fuel tank together and cover the fuel line/

They are not on mine and I've had it apart MANY times.

Must be only the 08+ cause ye not on 07's; have had them off more times than i'd like.

Yes not on mine at tank either.They do look like the ones that hold down the airbox and airbox body plastic piece at the front.

like mentioned they go under the seat over the gas tank. kinf of like where the fuel pump is. they held the side peices that your snow pants rub up against together.
