Where to purchase cobra head carbides?

I remember reading in this forum about using cobra head cabides to reduce wandering, but I can't find where to purchase them. It is my understanding that dooley's would have more drag. What's the best wear bars to use with the stock skis on a Phazer GT? ...no picks in the track either.
