I plan on takin mine out as well. my 900rmk felt really sloppy without it, but after awhile i loved it. hope the rx-1 will be the same. rj

I took mine out and tried hardcores with his in and mine out, and I put mine back in. Much more control on the hill especially coming back down. Just my 2 cents.

hey hot rod you are a good fabber you think you could make some sort of quik disconect kit for them you could make some money if you could make one that works i think someone makes one for the kingcat.

I had mine out on the 03 and in on the 05. The 05 sidehills better with it in than the 03 without it.

Took mine out of my 04 RXMtn ,found I had to run way stiffer springs to stop from bottoming out on big bumps and holes,and with the stiffer springs I didnt notice any bad body roll
