How are you guys installing the sensor? I'm thinking about adding one to my SC Warrior. Thanks

I installed mine in the crossover section of the rear exhaust - first I added a second stainless steel panel at the X, about 3"x2", just to have a little more thickness/strength, then welded on the bung.

I have mine in the front of the exhaust can with a hole cut through the heat shield under the seat. The wires are running parallel to the tail light wires so I have easy access to the O2 sensor for replacement and calibration. This location does give a false lean reading at idle but the mid range and WFO readings are perfect.

The sensor should be mtd after the turbo. Theorectically 10x the exhaust diameter from the exhaust outlet (not always feasible), and far enough away from the turbo as not to over heat the sensor (a heat sink may be required to help dissapate heat) and the sensor should be mounted between 10 and 2 o'clock to prevent moisture from getting into the sensor. The sensor should be calibrated with free air before installation, at the elevation that you intend to ride, for best accuracy.
