I need to know if the bolt pattern for the inner half of the chaincase from an 03 RX will bolt onto an 05 bulkhead?

Yep, it's the same. The difference is in the cover and the parking brake location.

The 05 cover has bolt holes for both brake locations. The 03 cover will NOT work on an 05 without changing out the parking break.
