will not move?

When you said you were blasting through snow drifts my initial thoughts were TORS as well. Melting powder snow refreezing overnight has caused similar issues for me with a very different sled sharing the same Viper name. But as someone else mentioned TORS should only limit the RPM not kill the motor. Would it be possible that ice formed on the throttle positon sensor or cable making it sticky? BTW smashing the ice build up around the fun flipper usually fix the TORS issue with the 02 Viper.

Is there a way you can get it into a warm garage so it can warm up and dry out?

That's the plan for today. Until I can get it to the dealer.

figured i would update this with the latest.
no changes to the sled other then what i post here. temperatures outside are still cold only 5* warmer than yesterday. 10* for the high. so i don't think that has anything to do with it.
but what i did find is i was reading information on the TPS. because that was the only thing related to my symptoms to the t. start and idle fine but unable to drive. basically any load on the engine were it needs more fuel it would die. my problem i found was after riding in powder moisture got inside on my throttle and froze. i just wiggled the throttle up and down but also applied some heat from a heat gun just incase the wiggle didn't work. soon as i wiggled the throttle up and down ice fell out and sled ran fine and worked just as good as before the problem started. so i did the tors check by putting my thumb and finger below but behind the pivot point on the throttle to see if i can replicate the TPS/tors symptoms and it did the same issue i had prior to. only problem is i didn't first check to see if it was still having any problems. just went right to that trick this morning but i am almost positive that was it.

just did around 6 miles with varying throttle and a lot of stopping with no issues.

keep in mind i had no codes what so ever on this issue.
