Won’t start when below 1/2 tank downhill

So was getting annoyed this past week with the sled ...when the tank it’s below half and the nose of the sled is pointed downhill it won’t start. Seems like the fuel pickup isn’t in the fuel. I assume there’s one in the front and one in the rear ? Anyone else have this issue?

The pick up is a hose with a y and 2 more hoses with filters .I'd remove the pump/pick up and make sure the 2 hose are put to the rear of the tank .
