This is my first time attempting to clean my carburetors. I removed the carb rack, took off the bottom bowls, removed the 3 jets and thoroughly cleaned them, sprayed carb cleaner in passages, then reassembled. I reattached everything and now it won't start. I pulled the fuel lines and it seems to be getting fuel to the carb rack. What did I do wrong?!?

Did you set each pilot screw 2 turns out?

Where exactly is the pilot screw? I only removed the 3 "jets" that are right on top. They all seemed to be tight when I removed them. I didn't adjust anything else.

Open the top of the airbox and shoot a little carb clean into the carbs. That will help prime the fuel system with dry carbs.

I've tried this w carb cleaner already, it fires immediately, but only runs for a second and dies. I checked the gas lines going in the bottom of the rack and it seems to be getting gas there, but not coming through carbs.

Ok, couldn't sleep last night so I got up early and started over. I removed the carbs again, adjusted the pilot screws to 2 turns out and checked everything over again. Then I reassembled and she fired up!!
What a relief!
Thanks to everyone that responded to help. Carbs have always scared me a bit, but at least this wasn't to bad. Now I just have to sync the carbs and hopefully no more issues.
