XTX JRE Relocate Question

Hey guys, I have been looking at the JRE Spindles for my buddy's RTX and noticed that they make a "relocate" for the XTX that comes for free. Looking at the pictures I can't tell how this "spacer" could drop the rear as I'm confused where it goes and what exactly it does, plus I'm not sure if it would help me or not. I ride standing 99% of the time and ride aggressive trails, any explanation on how this works/ will it help me. I'm concerned I will loose suspension on some of the bigger whoops or trench more on the little off trail I do. I have Hygear spacers on the way to help the rear already.

Clarification: I would not install spindles on my Sled, I would take the skid kit from my buddy since he is on a 121.
