I noticed some wiggle in those rail tips, - don't think I have any clips missing- can I do this (fill the tip with silicone or goop and a second bolt) with out removing the suspension/

Should be able to, but I would replace the rivet with a bolt and nut. Not just add a second bolt to the exsisting setup.

You don't have to remove the suspension. Drill out the rivets, fill the caps with automotive goop and reinstall with a screw and bolt. Mine are rock solid now. Got the tip from TY!

Actually, I don't know if this works as I haven't ridden the sled yet. But it should...
