I'm wondering if anyone knows where I could find Klim Yamaha gear, like Jackets. I was looking at the 2010 Yamaha snowmobile brochure and I saw the riders were all wearing Klim gear that has Yamaha embroidered on it. Any word if Yamaha intends to market such apparel? They looked sweet and were on great gear. If anyone knows where to find that stuff, please let the forum know where.....

I would think you could order it from your dealer or wait for the accessories catalog. Yamaha has teamed up with Klim this year and are going to sell Yamaha branded Klim apparel. This has been announced in a few magazines and I watched it on sledhead 24/7 also.

To avoid any confusion, Yamaha Canada and Yamaha USA are both working with KLIM to offer a complete line of riding gear. The only difference is Canada has produced our accessory brochure already for the spring deposit program. The products are listed on both web sites and dealers will have the 411.
I have been riding the stuff and really do like it. Here's a link to the write up.

I dont think you can get it over seas just buy it in the US or Canada??
not sure about Canada. Call port Yamaha they will help you.

http://www.portyamaha.com/ ;)!

I just checked on Scandinavia, Europe often sources their accessories and gear from Canada or the US. In the case of Klim they have not (as yet) ordered anything from us. I understand there is some restructuring on going and a few projects have been stalled in the process. I think it will happen in time but it wouldn't hurt to ask your dealer to put in a request to the mother ship. In the interim you would need to locate a dealer in Canada or the US to purchase and ship the Yamaha branded Klim product. The Euro goes a long way in Canada ;-) cr

Thank you for your answer. If we dont get it over here, i will order from Port Yamaha wich i have dealt with before. And yes the Euro goes a long way, but the Swedish crown defenetly dont these days. :o|

Any of you ride with the Klimate parka? Although advertised as insulated, Klim claims that it's light weight and not bulky. If the claims are true this is the jacket I would like for next season. I would like a warm jacket without the bulk. Heard a lot of good thing about Klim gear.
