Well, I can stop bragging about how great my friends xp has been. He has had a few small thing, nothing to keep him from riding in 6000+ miles. Last night, I had to tow him. I was heating up towing(very hard icy trails) and stopped. It started up and would run anywhere from a few miles to a few hundred feet. He limped it to where his wife met him.

Sorry Stacy, I had to post it. Someday you can get me back.

steve, i thought he bought a sled from gary's

He had one lined up for whatever price he wanted to pay from Fort Kent, and when he called them back... they had just sold it because they hadn't heard from him. So, once again he changed his mind, figuring that the only thing he liked about the XTX was the motor anyhow... and started calling around and got a dirt cheap price on the 1200 4tec gade (8121.00 OTD with the rebate) from B&D in Brewer... Big Harry liked the price so much, that he told Steve to buy the other one that was there too. Him and Scot W should be up in Quebec right now riding...

good luck to them on those, havent heard anything wonderful about them. atleast i wont have to listen to him wine about every little thing he will nitpick about the yamaha.

I wonder if they let him take the 1200 gade for a 300 mile test ride? But of course if they did that, he would of just turned around and bought somewhere else. Who wants a sled with miles on it, right?

i think john is bitter. John, i think you are better off not selling him a sled, would have been nice not to have the extra miles on the demo though. Atleast he didnt wreck it.
