I have a viper with the YES warranty remaining. My hand warmers seem very weak & the thumb warmer does not seem to work at all. Has not threw up any codes & the wiring seems visually ok.
Just wondering if anyone had any luck getting the hand & thumb warmers repaired thru the YES warranty.

you have a better chance in the usa than us in canada. dealer is a lot of it but it is possible for them to be covered. might end up being a stator because of starter kickback breaking teeth.

Times like this is when it pays to have a good relationship with your dealer for sure.

Thanks everyone for the responses. I will see what the dealer will do, otherwise I will keep you in mind Rockmeister for getting better Hand/thumb warmers.
