Kinger: I never bought anything from Canada before.

The $82.80 is not going to have any effect on my life. What bothers me is that I have no desire to ever deal with AD Boivin again. But I'll probably need parts somewhere down the line.

I emailed them requesting total price to get suspension to my door in Pa. They sent me and itemized bill including $60 for shipping.

All was paid on my credit card. The skid was delivered on 7/16/10, and I get an invoice from UPS today. UPS stated that I should have been requested to pay a COD charge at time of delivery, or I could have told them just to take it back to Canada.

I'm just upset that I've read on here numerous times that AD Boivin makes an excellant product, but is a terrible company to deal with. Then when I call them today to ask about it, they just respond that they just didn't bother telling me about it.

Live and learn. Very poor business practice.

Yeah I here ya there, I haven't had a issue yet but fingers crossed.

Actually now that you said that UPS sent you a bill I think I do vagely remember paying the a bill like that but at the time I was doing a lot of shipping and it must have gotten lost in the shuffle.

Good thing the product makes up for the lack of service. You will love your sled this year...

I have had PHENOMINAL SERVICE! I was in Canada last year and had a major problem. They drove from Levis to the north side of the city took my skid out, drove it back to the plant, fixed it and brought it back and re-installed it in the hotel lot. Sorry you guys have had issues. They have been GREAT to me!
