ZX2 Suspension

Before everyone gets overly nervous...let me say that mine is fine. It is stiff but I do get full range of motion. Once I get out on the snow I'll report back...but I think it is going to be very good.

Thanks for the explanation Jeff. I know you said in another post to remove the drop brackets for the old suspension, the reinstall them after the new suspension was installed. I am not sure if you meant on the 121. On the 136 Warrior the old drop brackets were not in the way.
Anyway I removed them and made aluminum plates to go in where I took them out to keep the strength of the tunnel. I drilled and tapped them where the 2 bolts and bracket went thru from the outside and used shorter bolts to reattach the outside plates. The tunnel should be as strong as it was originally.

SnoWarrior - have you got enough snow to test ride the ZX-2?

Yup tried it out it's very smooth . it takes 4-6 in bumps ( frozen dirt ) and you don't evan feel them . Its going to be very good .
