Hand Packing a bearing seems to be much better than trying to pack a bearing while still in the sled. Is that jackshaft bearing tough to get out?

That sound you are hearing is the weight transfer rods at slow speeds. Totally normal. :)

I have a 2005 Rage, and when I install a new belt...it will squeal when ever I am sitting still, but go away when I start moving. It will slowly get better as the belt gets worn a little, and will go away all together when the belt has about 300 or so miles on it. Do I have an alignment issue...

I have a 2005 Rage with 2400 miles on it. I can pretty much pull away from my 2 riding buddies(Warriors) on the twisties. I can feel the difference in weight when I ride their sleds. Have only put a larger sway bar on it from Pioneer Perf., and have Bergstom Skegs triples on it. Loved...

I agree on the speedo thing. My Rage shows me doing 116 at top end, and then I look at my GPS when I stop and I see 103 mph. I don't really care bout it though, cause I ride the Rage for all the other reasons you stated in your post. 103 is fast enough. :) Great sleds IMO.

What should one clean and look at on a clutch and does anyone scotchbrite the face of the primary or secondary?

Is this any good? Seems that the Bender version of the mono shock skid has all the zerk fittings and comes with a penske shock. Price isn't to bad either.
