What about moisture or something wrong with one of your coils? Had a truck with the same symptoms. and one of the coils was bad. Just a thought. Moisture is always a troublemaker, and it usually affects the wierdest, yet simplest parts.

Last season I was reading the forums and I thought someone said that the belt for the (I believe) 09' and newer Phazer was diffierent and better. It could(and should) be used on all the Phazers 07' forward. My dealer has two possible belt numbers and is unsure of the difference. I have and 07'...

Tracks USA suggested zip tying the track as flat as possible then run it thru a table saw. I tried this and it worked really well except at the ends where it got a little rough, but acceptable and still is over 900 miles later. Your table saw is going to take a beating too.

I didn't think the flex joints were replaceable and this pipe material is not really weldable. Let me know if I am wrong, it's far from the first time.

I run mid-grade (89) works great. When spring finally comes I usually try to put in premium (w/no ethenal) as well as Sta-bil. The better gas seems to leave less crap from storage

Never saw your post. Yes, it is a Ripsaw 1.25", got it from Tracks USA on sale. Zip-tied it as flat as possible and ran it thru the table saw (not as easy as it sounds for one person anyways). The extensions are $160 plus tax, etc. Go to oftracing.com for more info

Phazer improvements More grease fittings If they are not going to cover certain parts, bushings, etc., because of normal wear & tear, then make the parts a little better quality. Better protection from the factory to prevent powder from blocking the radiator and getting into the steering...
