I might just bring it to the dealer and have them have quick peak. A guy a ride with said the belt seems too tight. Any other ideas? I think what I need to do is get the belt to ride higher in the secondary clutch. How would I do that?

I have 715miles on the sled and the conditions have changed since it rained twice last week. My sliders were in really good shape and after yesterdays ride they are worn out bad right in front of the rear axle. They look alright every where else.

I installed the a new belt on the weekend. I washed the belt. I cleaned both clutch insides and sheaves. I did 85 miles yesterday and I'm still getting the squeal at times. It maybe did it 4 times in 85miles. The belt looked to be a tiny bit above the secondary after the install. I noticed the...

It did seem snapier when I tried it Saturday night after the install. The throttle response was snappier.. But yesterday running the hard pack with sled running warm its hard to tell. I will need to get it out on some good conditions to really see.

When I let off the gas and the sled is slowing down it and I punch it again the belt squeals now and again? Why does it do this and how do I fix it?

Where could someone get a good deal on a Titanium Stealth muffler with the mid pipe? will it bolt right up to the back of the tunnel?

What are you guys using for shims? I got to get installed on my Razors.. Its wearing out the front of the carbide bad. Its should also help it rail better in hard pack. I found tightening the strap down to hole number three worked best for handling.

Damn that stock muffler is heavy.. I want to do somthing with mine soon.. I really want to mount a Hindle muffler on there. I just don't know which one to buy.

if you stand up it will carve nicely with the wide running boards for footing. The only thing with carving is the tunnel is so close to the ground as its so tall.

Thats some good results... I didn't get the results I wanted.. I only ever seen 96MPH.. I suspect my belt might be slipping though. I hope to dial in my clutch kit better How many miles on your sled?

Whats RPM'S should this sled be clutched? I have heard 8,800. Is this correct? I installed my clutch kit and I'm trying to get it dialed in right. I got it now to get to 8,800. It goes to 8,500 off the line and then pulls to 8,800. It pulls harder then stock. The backshift is alot better then...

Sounds like a bad CDI box. My bars work... if its colder then -10 forget it.

I don't know if this makes any sense.. but I noticed my bars are warmer at 3/4 setting then on full. I think its combination of alot of things.. poor grip design and not enough power going to them.
