Yes, RX1's, Apex's with big power and no issues unless the operator/owner did something wrong or the clutch was cracked from heat. Never have I seen a clutch so poor in design and lack of material. Not a fan of the TEAM clutch...seen way too many of those where the center breaks out

This sled went thru a major overhaul....literally! Sled ended up having no compression on mag cylinder with a ton of corrosion. Steering issues were also taken care of. Chaincase, that would have been the next disaster to happen, but those issues were also taken care of. And the HALO headlight...

Yes, I couldn't agree more with what you are saying, but this Sidewinder clutch is a pile....shouldn't even be compared to the other Yamaha clutches prior to the SW

Install on 9000 the same as the winder, 105 ft. lbs. to seat the clutch, back off and then 48 ft. lbs. To remove the clutch requires a special puller from Pro 4 Performance. Belt, you can run whatever belt you wish and the clutch will be setup for that belt. Most of the winder guys are running...
