    Cat has 22/48 gearing vs the winder at 21/41 gears. If you plan on tuning the sled with that 1.75 track, be prepared to be dealing with possible clutch heat issues on the Yamaha. Im dealing with clutch heat issues on a 1.6 ice cobra track, tuned and clutched for 275 hp. I was going to change...

    What tune, gears, and clutch set up are you running. Im running TD Max 17 with full Dalton clutch kit, DTAY 1 and both Dalton springs, with an 8DN. Alignment is 61mm, installed clutch vent kit, and still have hot clutches.

    What tracks are you guys running while seeing your belt slip? I have a 1.6 ice cobra and my winder does not like it at all, way to much clutch heat, on 3rd belt in 1100 miles of riding.

    I tried the O ring method as well. They ended up squishing out the sides. Flat fiber washer is the ticket I would think.
