95 vmax 600. It's was a DIRECT bolt on using the spacer that came with it, only needed to purchase the longer bolt (14mm x 1.5 x 40 or 45mm long) I ended up needing to put all the original shims between the clutch and drive...
So I read a lot about the Phazer secondary change. Few questions

Will the original spacer and shims work or do I still need the Apex one.
Would this be a good start for a 136 track 1 1/4 lug or diff Helix

Did you reroute it under the bars. Just did a 2” and I removed the cable completely from the rest of the harness. Went under the bars and seems fine. I actually think it was a 2.5” riser.

Well I finally got enough snow to try is out, Works great. 2nd ride out did a little bush wacking and at the end of the day a felt a bit of slop in the steering. Took it apart and it seems like the small Heim joint on the top pivot arm has some play in it (5300 mi), need to replace that...
I did my 07 back in 07 with a cut down 1.25 track and it is like a new sled. I also did a 4th wheel kit at the same time. No problems since it was done. You will love the new ride.
The kit is not all that hard to install, You just need simple hand tools. Makes a HUGE difference period. Also it is a good time to work on the sled now so that your fingers will not be freezing .
The parts all went in great, Too bad I didn't get to try them out, No SNOW so I have given up this year . So my sleds will be all ready to go next year.
It replaces the plastic bushing with new non plastic (can't remember the name of the material )ones and a new bushing It will take all of the slop out of your steering. I just did 2 of them an 07 and 09. The 09 with 3k on it and the 07 with 5k. The 07 was better from the start. So I don't think...
