There’s really not that much room in there to do that , it really not that hard to pull cover off plus it’s a very good idea to and check the upper gear bushing and the jackshaft bearing When you change the oil pull cover and change that to and check things out

You alway turn the Helex clockwise to load the spring to the first button then bolt it down . Need more pictures as I’m kinda confused on what’s going on here

If you put a OSP muffler on and did change the clutching then l am positive you are hitting rev limiter! Need to add some weight to it !

Pull the motor off and take it apart and clean it , will work just fine after that , mine does this every year !

For some reason when you run it on a stand it won’t come back to the top ! Push and twist the belt around in secondary it should go back to the top!

Did you run on a stand then check ?

Just to be safe ,pull off alternator cover and Check out the gear in there ! You can stick your finger in where the starter goes to make sure the gear spins !

I never go by the sheet , put new in till it reads full , then start it and add till it’s full again !

Easiest way to get to it is take the cover under the oil filter ( best if you can put sled in the air ) look up in there and you will see it ( it’s just above the oil filter ) not the funniest thing to do but way easier then a vector or nytro!
