Unfortunately I bought the sled with the the 07 update bars already on so i don't have the 06 bars available. I haven't found anyone yet that has descibed how to wire the 07 bars on an 06 to give more heat. I don't really want to start shopping for old 06 bars at this point.

What year sled is this for and what year bars do you have on it. I am curious because I have an 06 with 07 bars and was wondering if this would work to increase my warmth.

I don't see any grease nipple for future greasing so I would say put them in dry. If you hand grease them now on install, the grease will eventualy dry up and harden causing stiffness and you would have to disassemble to clean out and re grease. It doesn't sound like you replaced the bushings in the bulkhead itself. You may be seeing play due to this.

i believe 52 is a washer and it wouldn't make sense to have two seperat bushings installed one inside of other. But you never can be sure.

It is hard to tell. 56 does look like a bushing related to the attach bolt, however in the expanded veiw on the bottom they are indicating a bushing 51 that would appear to be the bushing for the rod end. You may have to talk to the service guys at the deallership to clarify. nothing against a...

I just read Bonty's thread and he has installed the rubbers back in the stock position with the shim under the rear. i have rotated the rubber 180 deg. and no shim. Thus the taller peice of rubber is at the back and forces the rear of the ski down. Thanks for your help

i am running Stud boy shapers 9" with ski savers. I did turn them around already and they do fit, I just don't have any snow left to see if they will handle any better. Do you have any forsight as to what negetive effect i might see by doing this?

It sounds like the Yamaha one went up in price but I noticed that Pioneer is offering one @ $89.95 which is still reasonable. I am waitting for my delivery but the pictures on the Pioneer site look to be exactly the same as the Yamaha one. You might want to look into it for the price.

Opie, are you talking about the fuse in the adapter itself?

It was a litle finiky fishing it up behind the chain case but not anything to worry about.
