I have an optimate III and 4. They are both used on our bikes, but the Optimate III was used to charge the battery in my step moms '69 Camaro SS. As others have said it will just take longer.
The Cat 120 and Yami 120 are the same sled. With what you said does cat make their own motors? O wait they don't cause Suzuki does... But I would say they were using their head in this instance they know 4 stroke is the way. Yamaha has a great motor and The Cat chassis already existed so why not....
The "new" 120 isn't new at all. If you watch the video Yamaha has built the 4 stroke motor in it for another company 3 years ago. The chassis looks like the cat and the motor is a yamaha.... its $50 more through cat though... They are the same sled with a different color hood, name on the seat...
rode one on black top and had a small patch of ice, I hit the ice, put the peddle to the floor and rode it sideways hit the black top, yes it did go up on two wheels but didn't once feel it anywhere near far enough to roll...... I see the lawyer commercials on tv and get very annoyed and mad at...
one thing to think about with service recalls they take their sweet time paying back. dealer forks out cash for parts and techs work for free until they credit back..... Its not o we did the job next 2-3 days money is there... its more like a month... or 2
I would say demo rides. My buddys wife would ride faster on a bigger sled.... just something to keep in mind. It is all in what she wants and better for her to try them!!!
