The group that I ride ATVs with has 2 Rhinos. Where they take those things and what they do with them makes my blood run cold...And never once have they rolled them. As for taking responsibility, I put mine on its side two days after putting on larger diameter tires on stock rims. The salesman said I should get the aftermarket wheels to go with them(built in offset and wider), I didn't listen. The next day an embarrassed me went and bought those wheels. I didn't blame anyone except myself.

edit: I just went and read the whole 15 pages on the person that is heading this lawsuit on Rhynoforumns.net and it's really sad that his daughter died, but it really sounds like it was driver error more than the fault of the vehicles. He also said the guy that was driving (22 year old) was only doing 10-15mph and an experienced ATV driver. The daughter was not wearing a seat belt and the father of the child did not even know the person who was driving. This sucks, but it's hard to consume that it's the fault of the equipment
I can't find ryhnoforums.net, are you 100% that is what it is? Thanks!

So you got it? Thats awsome!
I just finished reading all the crap on the other site about the rhinos. This Johnsand guy is a douchbag, I'm sorry about his little girl, but c'mon. Sueing Yamaha is way out in left feild.
I gaged on a chicken bone last week, so I guess I can sue Wal-mart for selling it to me, The truck driver for shipping it to wally, and the farmer for raiseing the bird that ultimately starved me of oxygen?
I feel its total B.S. that ppl can't take responsibily for there own actions. CLEARLY this 22 yr old kid that rolled the Rhino was either going too fast for the turn or doing SOMTHING WRONG.
This 22 yr old, AND Johnsand need to be colecocked in the mouth for being so stupid. furthermore Johnsand needs an extra cock-punch (to the cock) for being so sue happy and money houngry. It only takes a few assh*les to ruin all the fun for everyone in the great (but broke) nation.
But the true loser here is this poor little girl, 10 years old and gone for someone elses carelessness. Its so sad to see, what a shame.

Dido.. Very sad, very sad story, but I believe the real fault here is the 22 years old, who obviously was going to fast for that turn...

rode one on black top and had a small patch of ice, I hit the ice, put the peddle to the floor and rode it sideways hit the black top, yes it did go up on two wheels but didn't once feel it anywhere near far enough to roll...... I see the lawyer commercials on tv and get very annoyed and mad at the same time..... I emailed one of them but never got a response..... I'm a little confused about the: This is not a recall. This is a voluntary repair program. It says that to make it safer then it needs:
1. Installation of a spacer on each of the rear wheels.
2. Removal of the rear anti-sway bar.
This really doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me and why only the rear wheels........
