I notice the vibration too from ice in the tunnel, and the PC track gives her a little different feel too ......
... all in all no issues and makes the sled 10x the ride.

just make sure to use weather proof shrink tubing to keep the wet out.

Finger tight like the manual says ........ then 1/2 turn out. any tighter and you'll hear the tentioner rubbing on the chain ... It'll drive you nuts! Just went through all this myself, learning the hard way of what too tight is. It's natural to want it tighter then it needs, but hold back!

All good points to consider .... except that you have never seen the pipes on my girlfriend!! She puts me to shame .... (but yah for me!! ;)!)
And I never said anything about her being a "begginer" ... she's been riding my old MM700 for the last two years ... just wants something newer...

Looking into a Phazer for the girlfriend. A couple of 07's and an 08. Gimmie the low down on what is good and what to watch out for .... I have a Nytro, but no idea when it comes to the Phazers.
Any help is great! .... (and then I have a whole new area of TY to poke through...

Take a look into some of the on-line classified ads around Calgary ... I've seen a few Nytros already turboed up for pretty good prices. Gonna be cheaper than starting from scratch .... most have decent Kms on them too.

My little bracket seems to be working fine and used my factory plastic spacers on the bottom... just trimmed to fit properly.

Why remove your rail tips?? I was able to keep mine on ... I needed to bore out some of the plastic so that I could get a socket on the ends of the bolts, and relocate the rivet forward which holds the tip on .....
..... when I pulled the tips off for instal of the anti-stab ..... well, they...
So here is the "try" at a remedy ..... I pushed the limiter straps together at the top as tight as they will go against the shock mount .... if the straps hang straight down they are just rubbing a hair on each side. I made a little bracket out of some Alum which bolts on through the strap...
