    Low RPM

    Mine did it at about 200 miles and has not done it since. Plenty of speculation as to why but wondering if from the factory there may be air in fuel rails or something that needs to be worked out??

    Go hindle. I had the OSP and my head hurt bad way too loud. Hindle sounds a bit louder at idle and mid with a great tone up top. I put full system on. Plus if you want to go even quieter I think you can get quiet core from hindle (you would need to verify). Don't believe you would need it...

    Spark plug removal

    I changed mine early this season and I ended up using a spark plug socket with two short extensions. Plut the plug in the socket with one short extension on and put into hole, then have the wrecnch with another short extension on and put in place on to the one already in the spark plug hole...

    PCV

    Studroes- Just put on the full Hindle set up (full exhaust, PCV, air box mod) and it works very nice! Sound is awesome, not too loud but a nice rip to it. Had an OSP can on before and could not think straight it was so loud. Hurricane has the set up for and PCV is already programmed.

    Going to be installing mine on Thursday night and hopefully ride Friday. Do you have any pics of the airbox? Sounds like 3 up top over the air horns and 1 on the lower half of the airbox toward the front of the sled.

    You can also get a heavier tip rivet too- as i recall it is about 1 gram heavier gets you 100 rpms lower os if you add 2 grams that would work too.
