no doubt in my mind that you stripped the cogs off the crankshaft to jackshaft belt. how many miles do you have on this belt? do you have a bypass/blowoff?losing boost on hard accel? been there done that 2 times mpi changed the pulley and belt combo to a newer stronger setup. havent changed mine...
the three bolts need to be replaced from time to time. if you have belt squeal with no washers then the tips of the bolts have pounded down and need to be replaced. just replaced mine and the originals were 1/16 to 1/8 shorter.
looks good. do you use the stock running board coolers or rear under tunnel and running the fluid through the edge grips on the board? what kind of money did this cost? how bout some more detailed pics??

if its a gunnar it probably worked when they put it on and shortly after the first ride you put on it burnt out. they are junk!!!!!!!!

funny you should ask. yes it does on full compression. i mounted them like this on advise from someone on s/w. someone actually makes a bump stop to go in this spot to help with bottoming. this works the same way. dont notice it hitting but it doesnt bottom like it did before. changes the spring...
turn your idle up a bit. 1450 to1500 any lower and it will tend to hunt a bit. had the same problem on mine was idling at 1250 to 1300 turned it to 1500 and havent had a problem since.

just put these on mine. super fine pre filter on all the clutch side vents behind the regular mesh. i could take some pics and post what i did if you like.
i would think this would not cause a problem at all. when changing plugs on my apex i had a heck of a time getting the caps off they stick in ther pretty tight.thought about not even putting the bolts back in...
with out a doubt the best stuff you can buy!!! bar none!ive tried everything mentioned above and more. have a superduty and the mirrors and bed rail and bumper caps were looking like crud tried this. amazing looks like new. let it cook in the sun for a while and its even better removes wax...
